Juventus Are Winning Everything

After an impressive triumph over the reigning Champions League titlists, of the Champions League, it not only appears as if the Zebras have their sights set on claiming everything visible, it looks like they'll do it.

Their Serie A clash against Internazionale is a case in point. Or three points, actually, as Juventus came away from Milan with 1-2 victory.

The Italian giants have every chance at a treble this season. Of the major footballing nations this season, only Barcelona have a shot at such a lofty achievement.

Juve's balance is their essence. But in this match, that equilibrium was momentarily betrayed when Mauro Icardi's laser sliced through their usually impenetrable defense:

If only Gianluigi Buffon had been between the sticks.

Inevitably, though, a patient Juventus found an opening in Inter’s defense when they were awarded a penalty and made no mistake in the aftermath.

And we thought Eden Hazard was the only one with a cool head and a short run up on spot kicks.

Champions semi-final hero Álvar Morata brought the home boys in to a frenzy when he capped off a close-quarters build-up:

Two against Madrid and the winner for Juventus. Dude's money. And to think he was pulled from Real Madrid's castoff bin.

Deal with it.

Buffon’s understudy -- for now -- Marco Storari pulled two match-preserving saves ... in the same flurry:

Juve's firing on all cylinders right now. Berlin, here they come.
