Harry Kane Blows Fulham Outta the FA Cup

http://www.fulhamfc.com/history/legendsCraven Cottage has withstood many tempests since 1896.

But the venerable home of Fulham Football Club has rarely seen a storm like the HarryKane.

Fulham reaped a huge FA Cup payday by hosting Tottenham Hotspur, but that was like an insufficient insurance settlement as thy were blitzed, 0-3, with Kane registering all three goals.

Spurs may be losing their way in the Champions League and Premiership, but they're now into the Cup quarterfinals with a favorable home draw against Millwall, currently sitting seventh in League One.

Tottenham Hotspur v Millwall
Chelsea v Manchester United
Middlesbrough v Manchester City or Sutton United
Sutton United or Arsenal v Lincoln City

Yes, there are a couple of shockers there -- notably, Lincoln City being the first non-league side to get this far in over a century -- but Spurs held the chalk in their tie and never let go.

Kane was a doubtful starter for this one after his knee-knock at Ghent, but it definitely didn't look like he was any worse for wear against the Whites. Dude begain his one-man barrage by pouncing into the opposition box like a Category 3 picking up steam:

One could call that the work of Harry the Potter.

One also would've thught Fulham learned its lesson from the first goal, but no. Losing track of Kane in the 51st minute, they were given a smarting reminder of the damage dude can do:

How in the name of Jimmy Hill did they lose the most lethal striker of England Fulham again?

As opposed to the mystical ways of Zlatan Ibrahimović, Kane isn't just Mr Right in the right place. He's also a clinical finisher, just as the world knows him.

It’s his day. He's not going to miss those.
