Brian Kelly Losing Grip On Team; Also Reality

The once-proud Notre Dame Fighting Irish football program is in complete disarray, and temperamental head coach Brian Kelly clearly has no answers.

Excuses, yes, but no answers.

This season has been an unmitigated disaster, with the Irish currently sitting at a preposterous 2-5 after a 17-10 loss to Stanford in South Bend.

The embattled Kelly, who apparently has the impulse control of a toddler, had an interesting discussion with the Cardinal strength coach on the field immediately after the game.

The schedule is not exactly accommodating for the Irish from here on out, and based on their play thus far, it seems unlikely they will even reach five wins.

Kelly may not survive such a hellish season, and because this is Notre Dame, there's already rampant speculation on possible replacements.

On thing is certain, though. Brian Kelly will find someone or something to blame.

Obviously, this mess couldn't possibly be his fault.
