Not a Good Sign if LeBron's Gotta Go 46-12-5 to Beat the Pacers

With absolutely no apologies to Dwight Howard, LeBron James is Superman.

Dude confirmed it -- as if everyone didn't already know it -- yet again in Game 2 against the Indiana Pacers.

It's just not advisable to drop the first two home games of a playoff series.

So, James clearly figured that if something's gotta be done to make sure that won't happen, he's gonna have to do it himself.

And he damn well did:

By any account, James's ringing up his 20th playoff game in which he's tallied 40+ goals is nothing short of magnificent.

And yet, this may have been a vital victory, but -- at 100-97 with the Pacers having a shot to tie -- it was just barely a victory.

James called the result in their favor lucky. Not really.

This is lucky:

The King was likely alluding to Cleveland's defense having no answer for Victor Oladipo, who did it to himself in this game.

Can't score from the bench, which is what accumulating poor-judgment fouls put him.

Dude.

Only logging 28 minutes on the court will get the Pacers in trouble.

Indiana's likely heading home feeling good about splitting on the road. Their strategy is unlikely to change, whereas Cleveland's gotta find more points from players not named James, Love, and Hill.

Otherwise, the King could be pondering his immediate future earlier than anticipated.
