John Elway Publicly Patronizes His Starting Left Tackle
Well, that master motivator John Elway is at it again.
Displaying the instincts that make him such a shrewd evaluator of QB talent, the Denver Broncos GM decided it would be a good idea to embarrass his starting left tackle on live radio.
The point of contention is the fact that Garett Bolles simply won't stop getting whistled for holding calls.
He spoke of this dude as someone would a small, dull child, which will no doubt inspire the former first-round pick to keep his hands to himself.

If only it were that simple.
Bolles has been hit with a staggering 26 holding calls in just over two seasons, including a whopping four in a wacky 16-14 home loss to the Bears this past week.
And while that Khalil Mack dude is a handful, this is getting a little ridiculous.
Here's more condescension from Elway:
My favorite quote, was from yesterday when he was on with the Logan and Lewis. "And that was my question yesterday, Does he know what holding is and does he know what he can and cant do."

Strong indictment from John Elway on Garett Bolles does he know what holding is
That seems like a question that should've been asked at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Those little chats must be so much fun.
Bolles really doesn't seem to be having a good time at the moment.
While holding can be literally called on every play, this young man needs to improve that attitude.
And quit being so paranoid.
