This UGA Freshman Just Locked Up the 2019 OBJ Memorial One-Handed Catch Award

Before we begin, a brief disclaimer must be submitted for the record.

Any spectacular one-handed catch executed in both college or professional football henceforth can't be mentioned without a cursory reference to Odell Beckham Jr.

This mandate even applies to catches made in practice that happen to be recorded and shared online, even if Allen Iverson would respectfully disagree.

And now with that stuffy legalese out of the way, we really must discuss George Pickens.

For those of you who aren't recruiting junkies, dude's an incoming freshman at the University of Georgia.

His position of choice is WR, as the following clip will make abundantly clear:

While the video is crude and uneven, we won't let that spoil our fun.

That catch was just plain silly.

Human beings shouldn't be able to pluck footballs out of the air like that, but Pickens seems to have an exemption of some sort.

According to those in the know, dude might very well be the next AJ Green, which in Bulldog country qualifies you as a deity.

Lets see what all the hub bub is about, shall we?

Dear Lord, everything they're saying is true.

His old high school school in Alabama is even making statements about him actually getting better that sound more like threats.

So gird up your loins, SEC.

Because dude isn't screwing around.
