Nadal Nails Down His 11th French Open Title

Mustard or pickle juice, dude.

They've long been a known cure for muscle cramps, and now there's a scientific study to prove it.

If anyone needs this advice, it's well and truly Rafael Nadal.

The World No 1 hinted during the French Open final that perhaps his wristband was too tight, but really ...

This isn't the first time Nadal has had issues with his muscules. In fact, dude's gotta lead the tennis world -- past and present -- in tourney retirements due to injuries.

Maybe it's time for him to think about a warehouse-sized order of mustard-flavored pickle juice.

Given the ailment occurred in the third set of this 6-4, 6-3, 6-2 romp, maybe he should get cramps more often.

And celebrate with pickle juice.
