Djokovic Scorches Isner in Miami Semis

When he's at Miami Open, Novak Djokovic is like the tennis version of Don Jonhson.

Dude's that kind of badass when it comes to racquets and fuzzy yellow balls.

Meanwhile, after disposing of two Top 10 players, John Isner was motivated to display hisbaseline power against Key Biscayne's four-time champ.

But Djokovic remained unimpressed. The final stats prove it.

So do exchanges like this:

Aces and poweful first serves are by far the most lethal weapons of the tall American challenger, but on this night, the aces column favored the Serb, 10-9. Djokovic didn't face single break point on his way to a convincing win, 7-6, 6-2.

Djokovic will defend his title in Sunday's finals against World No 4 Andy Murray, who once again proved to be too much  to handle for a resurrected Tomáš Berdych, 6-4 6-4.

In that match, if you saw one game, you saw them all:

Murray will surely seek revenge from a painful defeat in the Australian Open finals earlier this year, where he claimed Djokovic distracted him in the third set.

Maybe he can get fiancée Kim Sears to wear the same doggy-affirming T-shirt she wore in Melbourne. Maybe that'll turn the diversion tables on the champ.

Then again, maybe not.
