Is There Trouble Brewing for the Miami Dolphins?

Looks like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't the only team in Florida having issues.

Reports out of Miami are that the Dolphins are falling apart.

After starting the season undefeated, the 'Phins have now lost four straight games and apparently are losing their confidence, too.

First of all, offensive tackle Jonathan Martin left the team earlier this week for what team sources say is an a "emotional problem." Martin hasn't been happy since being asked to change positions, and what put him over the edge was being pranked in the team cafeteria Monday.

He hasn't been back since.

Then, there are issues with head coach Joe Philbin ripping one of his assistants in front of the team, which did not sit well with them. But the topper may have been when Mike Pouncey was served a grand jury subpoena in connection to the Aaron Hernandez case in Gillette Stadium last Sunday.

Talk about issues.

It doesn't sound like Joe Philbin has a hold on the situation that is getting worse by the day.

I remember when Don Shula was head coach; you barely heard a peep out of the Dolphins. If there was trouble in South Beach, it was normally in Coral Gables were the the University of Miami is located.

But it seems like ever since Shula and Dan Marino retired, the organization has been a shadow of its former self.

And if that wasn't enough, even their cheerleaders' website got hacked by a porn site. It's almost impressive that anyone noticed.

Poor management decisions, bad draft choices -- especially at quarterback -- and a number of coaching changes has basically doomed this once great organization. At this point, you really don't know if they'll recover anytime soon.
