A Brain-Rattling Hit Causes Joe Flacco to Question Everything
Well, it turns out that Joe Flacco actually does have a personality.
All he needed to unleash this interesting side was a savage blow from behind by a large football person.
The Broncos visited Indianapolis on Sunday to face the Colts and did what they do best, which appears to be pissing away winnable football games.
But if you ask their veteran QB, there's an ideological disconnect with his coaches that may or may not involve a complete lack of balls.
Nope, Joe's done taking it easy.
Here's the former Super Bowl MVP saying all kinds of print-worthy things after the Broncos lost a 15-13 gut punch:
A frustrated Joe Flacco after the loss: "We're now a 2-6 football team and we're afraid to go for it in a two minute drill... I just felt like, what do we have to lose? Why can't we be aggressive in some of these situations." pic.twitter.com/SYfqGPKqFE

Damn, that's easily the most animated Joe Flacco has ever allowed himself to be in public.
Dude was also speaking the truth, which may have been offered as a direct result of the following hit:
Joe absolutely didn't see that coming.
Sadly though, this could've been avoided, which brings us back around to that Flacco thesis above.
The Broncos had the ball late with a chance to end the game but decided to run it up the middle and punt.
We're not foolish enough to question the manhood of Vic Fangio, but this terrified play-calling led to some Jacoby Brissett wizardry:

Which then produced some Adam Vinatieri redemption:

Meanwhile, Flacco's going to miss some time with a herniated disc in his neck.
But he'll always have that lively presser.
