The Eloquent Kevin McHale Calls Someone a Dickhead on Live TV
Well, it appears that the dreaded hot mic has claimed yet another victim.
While accidents do happen, these dudes really don't seem to understand that the network of wires and microphones surrounding the broadcast table are actually operational.
Our latest casualty is Kevin McHale, who was part of a novel TNT Players Only broadcast of a recent tussle between the Celtics and Sixers.
Jimmy Jackson and Greg Anthony were the other members of the three-man crew, with each managing to avoid naughty words.
However, the potty-mouthed McHale is another matter.
Here's the crude exchange in question, which took place right after a commercial break:
Technically, McHale was tasked with providing color on the broadcast, but this is probably not what the producers had in mind.
Now because Jimmy Butler was on camera while the NBA Hall of Famer was talking, many observers assumed that he was the dickhead being referenced.
Of course, there's no shortage of folks who'd agree with this characterization, but the apparent Trump supporter insisted afterwards that he was talking about someone else.

Okay, then the trainer is a dickhead. Got it.
Anyway, stay tuned for more McHale wordsmithing on future TNT broadcasts.
