Some Random Bucks Rotation Player Tossed a Really Poor First Pitch at Miller Park

Hey, dudes and dudettes, it's time to add yet another entry to the running log of horrifically bad MLB ceremonial first pitches.

A virtual cast of thousands, including such esteemed dignitaries as 50 Cent and former Green Bay Packer KGB, have proudly welcomed some dude named Pat Connaughton into their exclusive fraternity.

If you're asking yourself who the hell Pat Connaughton is, you're certainly not alone.

But fear not, we're here to help.

The man addressed in some circles as Vanilla Thunder is currently a useful rotation player for the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks, averaging almost eight points per game in the post-season thus far, including 14 in a Boston homecoming in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals against the Celtics.

However, he was also drafted as a pitcher by the Baltimore Orioles in the fourth round of the 2014 MLB Draft, played a bit in their system, and is still property of the Birds through 2020.

As such, Patty C seemed like a logical candidate to toss out the first pitch for the Brewers at Miller Park.

We'll be the judge of that.

Okay, a couple of things, here.

Was that an alternative pronunciation of the word bias?

Also, did that photographer behind the plate not see the baseball screaming past her head, because she absolutely did not move?

While we may never get the answers to these important questions, we do know that our new friend handled his wild pitch like a champ.

And there wasn't a damn thing wrong with his velocity.

But we really must harness that thing.
