Raptors Survive Epic Playoff Collapse

As perverse as this may sound, it's fun to watch a team completely melt down.

In the NBA, leads are blown all the time.

However, it's usually not a 25-point second half cushion in a possible series-clinching playoff game.

Remarkably, this was the case for Game 6 in Milwaukee with the Toronto Raptors trying to close out the Bucks.

Behold:

That was a rather entertaining game of basketball.

The Raptors certainly did their best to piss this one away, as a 71-46 lead midway through the third quarter was ineptly transformed into a 80-78 deficit.

The hermetically sealed Jason Terry hit the three-pointer that actually put the Bucks ahead with just over three minutes remaining.

Ironically, the Raptors' extended period of incompetence put them in a position where they were forced to show some resolve, which is precisely what they did.

No, it's true.

On the road, in a completely demoralized state, Toronto was somehow able to close the deal, with a little help from the exhausted Bucks.

Anyway, the Raptors are now off to Cleveland to face the defending champs, who've been resting for what seems like a month after quickly dispatching Indiana in four games.

In the process,  that was that for the greatest Sycamore of all time.

Of course, the Cavaliers have some very recent experience blowing impossibly large leads, so this should be interesting.

It's simply a question of who wants it less.
