Vontaze Burfict Really Doesn't Play Well with Others

This dude has some issues.

Whether it's some sort of mental block or he simply doesn't care, Vontaze Burfict can't seem to play within the confines of the rules.

The Cincinnati Bengals linebacker and cheap shot enthusiast is at it again, this time going after teammate Gio Bernard during a drill that wasn't even supposed to involve tackling.

Apparently, Burfict thought it might be in everyone's best interest to go low on Bernard, actually taking him down at the knees.

That's ... not smart.

Why, indeed.

It's hard to see any upside to this particular play, as the immediate negative reaction by his teammates would suggest.

Obviously, this was egregious, but when you consider the fact that Bernard is coming back from ACL surgery on his left knee, it reaches a whole new level of stupid.

Despite the unprovoked assault on his lower body, Bernard appears to have forgiven Burfict, for whatever reason.
