Jay Gruden Verbally Gores Josh Norman When Asked about His Bull Escapades

Well, it looks like this Josh Norman bull thing has got some horns after all.

You may recall the mercurial Redskins' cornerback being spotted in Pamplona playing chicken with a one-ton bull for shits and giggles.

This story came and went pretty quickly, but with players and coaches reporting to training camp this week, the topic was inevitably broached.

And who better to field the question than doomed Washington head coach Jay Gruden?

 

Indeed, the brother of Chucky got the question, and he was clearly waiting for it:

 

Damn, that's going to leave a mark.

 

Gruden was quite pleased with himself, even pausing for effect, although his little chuckle disrupted the timing a bit.

If dude wants to work on material, perhaps he should hit the next open mic night at the Funny Bone and use the NFL-sanctioned media session for the critically important business of the first week of training camp.

 

That's the most contact we're likely to see until September.

Of course, Gruden was quick to explain that he was joking, especially after the assembled media started to audibly groan.

 

Anyway, we'll diligently report any response from Norman, sarcastic or otherwise.

We can only hope it gets really nasty between the two of them.
