Sometimes, trickery is a means to an end when trying to negotiate a superior opponent.
However, it still needs to be done properly.
The Arkansas Razorbacks were severely outclassed against the Auburn Tigers at home on Saturday.
As such, some trickeration was deemed necessary after predictably falling behind, 17-0, early in the second quarter.
Let's see what head coach Chad Morris and the Hogs were able to draw up:

Honestly, we're not sure what the plan was here, but this was clearly a failure of both design and execution.
If punter Sam Loy was instructed to attempt a two-handed set shot, then the entire program should be disbanded immediately.
Oh, and that was on 4th-&-11 from their own side of the field.
Meanwhile, this was happening at almost the exact same time in the ACC:

See, that dude wasn't aiming for a peach basket.
This travesty calls to mind the following Chuck Pagano gem from a few years back:
Arkansas somehow just ran a worse fake punt than this...pic.twitter.com/GqCCPOnI9b

At least the Hogs were lined up properly.
