Well, it appears that Pat Fitzgerald is carrying on the proud tradition of football coaches feigning ignorance about technology.
Oh, and also lashing out at fans and media after a tough loss.
The Northwestern Wildcats head coach is only 44 years old, but his grasp of futuristic concepts such as electronic mail place him in his mid- to late-70's.
Here's Pat and his crotchety reply to a question after losing 31-10 at home to Sparty.

Clearly, Pat already had that one in the holster just waiting for the opportunity to be a clever dick.
Both Fitzgerald and Mike Gundy were no doubt pleased after that one, but there's nothing charming about this irrational fear of technology and social media exhibited by our nation's college football coaches.
