James Harden's Doing His Triple-Double Thing Again
Basketball's a game that lends itself to streakiness and the concept of the hot hand.
It can be intoxicating when a player enters such a state of mind.
Well, James Harden has taken up residency in this realm.
Of course, the Houston Rockets' bearded baller has spent quite a bit of time in this whimsical place.
Check out this performance in Oakland against the champs:
Yep, the industry term for that would be triple-double.
The reigning NBA MVP dropped a 44/15/10 line on the Warriors, including the game-winning three in OT:
Dude practically oozes clutch.
Houston's previous game also featured a Harden triple-double, this one at home against Memphis:
That one capped a ridiculous 10-game run.

That's a very respectable neighborhood.
Most recently, Big Game James dropped 38 on the Blazers in Portland, making that 10 straight with 35 points or more, which extends his NBA record.
Unfortunately, his streak of 40-point games ended at five, also an NBA record.
What a bum.
