We've Officially Identified the Milwaukee Bucks' Get-Back Coach

As we know, the NBA doesn't screw around with on-court skirmishes.

Any player leaving the bench area in an effort to involve themselves in the scrum is subject to punishments ranging from a strict curfew to death.

Well, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the gist.

Particularly during the playoffs, there's a palpable concern about players being suspended due to this sort of activity.

However, it appears the Milwaukee Bucks have successfully addressed the issue.

The top seed in the East is really ahead of the curve on this thing, as they appear to have deputized an assistant coach to also serve as a get-back specialist.

But who is this renaissance man?

Actually, it's Taylor Jenkins.

And dude takes his responsibilities very seriously.

Let's have a look at Coach Jenkins in super-mega playoff mode during the Bucks four-game evisceration of the Detroit Pistons.

Those cat-like reflexes were on full display here, as he leapt to his feet and bounded down the bench.

Of course, the Bucks players whom he erected his human blockade in front of seemed to have little interest in leaving their seats, but that's not important.

What is paramount would be the hardcore fundamentals that Jenkins showcased in his one shining moment.

Coach Dale would be most proud.

Maybe Jenkins should grab a drink and talk some shop with Ted Rath, although he may not be available at the moment.

Yep, he's the get-back coach for Sean McVay.

Remember, it takes a village.
