The Saints Are Back

Southampton ended their four-game losing streak by blasting Everton, 3-0, at St Mary's Stadium

The Saints have been the surprise package of the season so far. They's endured some stumbles -- such as the bad run just ended -- but they've returned to to winning ways for at least one match.

Who would've thought a side that lost all of their gems in the transfer market would be competing for a Top Four spot this season? They're a work of art.

The Toffees had a hard time competing with the Saints' flow, and ultimately, Romelu Lukaku just couldn’t handle it anymore.

Nice header, dude. Wrong goal, but other than that ...

Some record signing, Everton.

Graziano Pellè has been an instant hit for the Saints, replacing  the current Liverpool benchwarmer, Rickie Lambert. The Italian was on target once again, further justifying his manager’s expectations.

Wrong time for Tim Howard to be hesitant, 'cause there’s a new Pellè in town.

And the third was just too easy for the Saints.

After the match was done and dusted, Lukaku had his shot at a moment of redemption. A real moment. Defining, actually.

Everton coaches should teach their record signing to shoot left and right as well, by the looks of it.

The Saints are back in the Top Five, and Everton now live in the mediocre zone. The league table is beginning to shape up, and a clearer view of the finer teams are in the picture. The Saints are coming ...
