Real Madrid Stunned in Sevilla

Los Galácticos got sucked into a black hole.

Real Madrid graced their presence upon Europa champions Sevilla and got shocked for their effort with a 3-2 defeat.

Until this match, Lionel Messi’s absence was hardly noticed, and now, somewhere along the road on their little jaunt to Andalusia, Cristiano Ronaldo seems to have lost his oomph to perform.

Real appeared to be conducting business as usual at the outset with a flier from Sergio Ramos:

That's something you don’t see a defender do every day.

Then the match took a surprise fork in the road, as Ciro Immobile put Sevilla on the board:

Clearly, that goal meant a lot.

It also set a different tone, as Real got played like school boys after that, compliments of Éver Banega and the dude they call El Rey León:

Whoa! Is this Chelsea playing in a darker blue? It definitely resembles Chelsea’s defense.

James Rodríguez chipped in with a goal for Los Blancos, but by then, it was all too late.

Had that happened quicker and a few more times, Real might have left home much happier. But that would've taken more than tossing their shirts on the pitch.
