Manchester United Drops Fourth on the Trot

Winter doldrums have well and truly hit Old Trafford.

As predicted by most, Manchester United lost yet another game, as Stoke City walked right through them with a 2-0 victory.

Looks like the Potters have some sort of grudge -- besides the obvious toward big brand clubs -- against England's second-largest municipality. First, Manchester City fell to them, and now Manchester United. Neither could overcome the challenge on a cold windy night at Stoke.

OK, so that's not Stoke, but both the Citizens and Red Devils would need to be convinced of it.

Memphis Depay has failed horribly in his previous attempts to score and/or assist, but he provided a great one for Stoke and Bojan Krkić did the rest.

Now we can justifiably say that United players have lost their heads.

If they were thinking of a comeback, Marko Arnautović made sure it would never happen:

It wasn't that long ago that Louis van Gaal had put United on cruise control, but to those who demand what the Red Devils have done for them lately, it seems like an eternity..

José Mourinho may be receiving a call soon enough.
