Leicester City's Not Done Yet

OK, so the Foxes are sitting 12th in the Premiership with a 3-3-6 record.

They've still got a bit of the ol' Cinderella magic left, but they're using it on the Continent.

Leicester City hosted Club Brugge for a Champions League clash and won more comfortably than the 2-1 margin would indicate.

This is their first-ever campaign in Europe, of course, and they're making the most of it. Dudes are moving on to the knockout phase:

Champions League Group G

(A: Movin' uptown; X: Possible shot at the Europa League; E: Sayonara)

Shinji Okazaki had barely worked up a sweat by the fifth minute, but it didn't stop him from striking like a samurai:

Finishing level: Seieibushi.

Riyad Mahrez has been the key man for Leicester City ever since he joined the arrived. He converted an easy penalty on the half hour to double the lead:

As easy as it can get.

But the game's best goal came through Club Brugge when José Izquierdo scored an absolute stunner:

At least someone from the Blauw-Zwart will have a fond memory of their short stay.

Meanwhile, the Foxes will look forward to the knockout round draw on Mon 12 Dec.
