Leicester City: Deserving Leaders

They're neither famous nor fashionable, but currently, there's no club more deserving to lead the Premiership than Leicester City.

The latest to realize it was Everton, who were crushed, 1-3, in their own digs.

Some teams top the table with a litany of 1-0 victories, but the Foxes go balls out for their points. It's been their mantra all season long.

Leicester quickly got down to business, as the priceless Riyad Mahrez lit it up:

Dude's in the form of his life. No way he was gonna miss.

But the Toffees have been in decent form, too. Their reply was relentless:

Romelu Lukaku left Chelsea only to rule Everton with strikes like that.

Mahrez got on the board again, this time from the spot:

Tim Howard should've known he wouldn't be so dim as to take aim at the same target.

A penalty wasn't how the Foxes got their third. Rather, it was teamwork, and Shinji Okazaki finished it.

Kevin Mirallas and Everton did come up with a goal, but was too late:

That could be the assist of the season.
