Everton Strikes Late to Draw with Baggies

There's just something so satisfying about collecting three points on the road.

Then again, it's even more frustating to think you've got them, only to see two points whisked away in the late stages.

That's been West Brom Albion's season in a nutshell.

At least, in those games where they've played a full 90. As the Baggies are currently entrenched in the drop zone, that hasn't happened often enough.

Maybe it hasn't been as drastic as West Brom's, but Everton's season has been disastrous, too. At least by their standards.

They barely saved this match from becoming one.

The Blues weren't exactly injecting joy into the hearts of their faithful at Goodison Park until they snapped out of it in the late going to salvage a 1-1 draw.

Frankly, it's not like the Baggies went into a shell or anything; they outshot their hosts, 14-6 and were on target more at 5-4.

However, Everton’s new signing -- none other than the Premiership Flash -- Theo Walcott noticed a teammate who'd not had a touch yet.

Thus, dude fed an assist to Oumar Niasse who made no mistake:

That's the instant impact from a welcome roster addition.

And so the Baggies' woes continue.
