Clint Dempsey Sees Off Honduras

The USA has been delivering Grade A quality football lately, defeating a few of the game's big names.

Jürgen Klinsmann's crew were the clear favorites against naïve Honduras, and the best that can be said is they squeezed out a 2-1 result, courtesy of the big man, Clint Dempsey.

It wasn't the Americans' hardest clash, but nothing comes easy in football, does it? Just ask Brazil.

Dude may be getting long in the tooth, but after the USA's first Gold Cup match, it can still be said that there's only one Clint Dempsey and the Captain America for his football team.
