Bale Returns Los Blancos to Winning Ways

Real Madrid have regained that winning feeling.

Los Blancos polished off Levante,2-0, to keep the La Liga race interesting.

Cristiano Ronaldo has yet to rediscover his form, and the same can be said for Real, but the Castillian giants found another hero in the form of Gareth Bale. The Welshman scored both goals of the match, which looked for a time like it could've dobled as a banana skin.

Bale has been criticized for not showing Ronaldo-like quality after his record-breaking transfer. Ronaldo doesn't often have a bad day, so it's fortuitous that Bale stepped up.

All you've gotta do is be in the right place at the right time and hit it right. Or, you could just take the overland route and be in the right place. Then, Ronaldo will do the rest. Unless Bale does it first:

Speaking of misfires, Karim Benzema took his crack at a sure thing:

... But, as one unlucky dude in California can attest, even sure things aren't sure things:

And if Rooney's laid out on a floor somewhere, maybe the next Karate Kid could toss a tip to Ronaldo.
