The Shot Dude: Freshly Squeezed

There's nothing like the taste of freshly squeezed juice in the morning.

Waking up knowing you squeezed some money out of your fantasy opponent is an even better feeling!

Your favorite Shot Dude has brought you the fruits of his labor in the form of great fantasy options for your NHL Friday night. The Bovada data tool on our Home page contains the Lucky 7 game schedule:

NHL schedule 11 Dec 2015

It's also a great day to give FanDuel a whirl if you haven't already. I'll give you a leg up on your competition by suppling its pricing for each player.

Forwards

Tyler Seguin, Dallas ($8700) ...  just cannot be stopped anytime he steps on the ice. Dude's fourth in the entire NHL with an average of 4.12 shots per game, and his his 39 total points are second only to the next guy we're about to mention. He's scored at least one point in 8 of his last 10 with multiple points coming in three of those. Tonight's matchup at home against Philadelphia looks extra juicy because the Flyers not only give up almost three goals a game on the road, but are also depleted after the game they played last night in St Louis.

Patrick Kane, Chicago ($8300) ... has an incredible streak going with at least one point in 24 straight games! Dude's a machine, with a goal in 4 of his last 5 games, and is the current NHL leader in points with 44. Kane's 103 shots have led to 18 goals, which is second only to Seguin's teammate, Jamie Benn. Kane makes everyone on the ice with him better, and I'm recommending you stack him with one or even both of his current linemates: Artemi Panarin ($5500) and Artem Anisimov, ($5000). Chances are they'll gather an assist on a Kane goal or vise-versa. We have documented many times how poor tonight's opponent -- Winnipeg -- is on defense.

Michael Cammalleri, New Jersey ($8000) ... is the leader in four different scoring categories, including shots with 78 in 28 games for the Devils. Most recently, dude's registered at least a point in 6 of 8 and multiple points in 4 of those. Just like Seguin and Kane, he spends his power play time with his team's top unit and has chipped in with 9 power play points to date. This should come in handily tonight, as New Jersey entertains Detroit, whose road penalty kill is only at 78.9% and has surrendered almost three goals per game on the road.

Detroit v New Jersey

Defensemen

Hampus Lindholm, Anaheim ($4000) ... averages over 22 minutes of ice time per game and has taken 53 shots on goal in 27 games this season. These are not staggering numbers, but this is a very steady dude in terms of producing a positive fantasy score every night he skates. In all 10 of Lindholm's most recent games, he had a positive score on FanDuel. Not easy for defensemen to do for this many games in a row with the plus-minus system they have in place. Anaheim plays at home against Carolina, which has surrendered 40 goals in 13 road games.

Matt Dumba, Minnesota ($3900) ... has taken 47 shots in 26 games for the Wild this season. Dude's earning the nickname Mr Clutch because 3 of his 4 goals have been game winners and have come in 2 of the last 3 games. Dumba gets time on Minnesota's second power play unit and has launched two or more shots in 6 of his last 10 games. The Wild will battle the Coyotes, who have given up the second-highest amount of goals this year, with 89 in 28 games.

Goaltender

Andres Nilsson, Edmonton ($6300) ... not only has a lineup-friendly salary that allows you to include studs like Seguin and Kane, but he's has had quite the hot glove recently. Dude's won four straight games, posting a .945 save percentage and a 1.93 goals against average during that span. The Oil has managed to average over three goals a game at home so far this season. Nilsson gets to defend his home crease against the struggling Rangers, who come in with only 2 victories in their last 8 contests.

Your favorite Shot Dude really hopes you can squeeze the most productive players into your fantasy lineup and drink up the profits.
