Unemployed Mark Sanchez Violates NFL PED Policy

It appears that QB Mark Sanchez has failed an NFL mandated drug test, due to an unknowing supplement contamination.

As a result, the veteran journeyman will be suspended for the first four games of the 2018 season.

This would be a problem for the team employing Sanchez if there was in fact a team employing Sanchez.

Sadly, there is not.

You are certainly forgiven if the existence of Mark Sanchez had slipped your mind.

You are not alone.

The former Jet went to two consecutive AFC title games to begin his career, but things sort of hit the skids shortly thereafter.

He eventually put in time with the Eagles and Cowboys, tasked predominately with holding the clipboard while watching more talented QB's play the position.

Our fearless hero was last seen in Chicago, where he was publicly labeled as a veteran mentor for rookie QB Mitchell  Trubisky.

Hmmm, you think the Sanchize showed him this clip:

Ah yes, the Butt Fumble.

Sanchez is insisting that this failed drug test is an anomoly and that he has never performance enhanced in any way.

However, even if Sanchez never takes another NFL snap or even finds his way onto another roster, we will always have the Butt Fumble.

Thanks, dude.

A whole bunch.
