Shy Guy; What's Happened to Marshawn?

Not much can be said of Marshawn Lynch, only because, well, he doesn't say much. 

The bruising back has been quietly collecting 1257 rushing yards, averaging 4.1 yards a carry, and matched his career high 12 rushing touchdowns this season. But those Pro Bowl-caliber stats have gone largely unnoticed as the Seattle Seahawk has declined to do any post game interviews and has shown his reluctance to partake in the Super Bowl required media events in which all players are open to questions and interviews.

He's been open briefly to the media, bluntly stating, "I'm just here so I don't get fined."

This was clearly a job for Prime Time:

I give Lynch credit for being quiet and playing the game the way he wants to play, but it makes me wonder what happened to the fun-loving, night-life jester of Buffalo.

Lynch will have a chance to silence his many critics this Sunday as the Seahawks will play the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl.

No word on how Lynch will be getting to the game but I suspect that he'll be driving to work.
