Pats Tight End May Be Arrested for Murder

Reports are coming out of Boston that New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will be arrested later today in association with the murder of Odin Lloyd.

Boston.com reporter Steve Silva is reporting that Hernandez will be arrested sometime today.

Other reports out of Boston indicate that Hernandez appears to be directly tied to the murder, and that Hernandez, Lloyd, and two other men were at a bar together in Boston the night of the murder, and at some point during the evening, the four men left together in a car driven by Hernandez which was confirmed by a text Lloyd sent another friend, sources say.

The strangest  thing out of all of this -- other than the murder, of course -- is that Hernandez apparently got in touch with former Baltimore Ravens player Ray Lewis.

Lewis was involved in a murder investigation several years ago and was accused at the time of helping cover up the crime.

And to think, just last week, the talk in New England was Tebowmania.

What a difference a week makes!
