Falcons' White Takes Swipe At ESPN NFL Analyst

While the 1-2 Atlanta Falcons struggle to get back on track, star wide receiver Roddy White seems to be less concerned about his team and more concerned about another player on another team.

White has taken it upon himself to defend San Fransico 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith, who was arrested last week for DUI. So much so, in fact, that he took to Twitter and discussed the criticism Smith was taking from the ESPN NFL Sunday Countdown crew.

Basically, he blasted them as hypocrites for calling out Smith.

Shouldn't White be more concerned about his team than this?

This has nothing to do with him. Hell, this is not even about a teammate. He acts like this is his brother or something.

I guess White didn't learn his lesson this past summer, when he tweeted out a few harsh words after the George Zimmerman verdict. Then, he quickly had to apologize and take the comments down.

And why isn't the Falcons coaching staff not meeting with White and telling him to shut up, that he has more important things to worry about.

White has every right to his opinion, but there are times where you just need to learn to stifle it and play ball.

If he doesn't get that, he may find himself in another uniform.
