Cam Newton Flees Press Conference ... Again

Apparently, emotional maturity is not one of Superman's special powers.

After the Carolina Panthers' recent loss to the New Orleans Saints, Cam Newton decided not to stick around for the post-game presser.

Well, zoinks, this looks awfully familiar.

Newton managed to get through two questions before running away like a fugitive from NFL justice.

The Panthers are off to a miserable 1-5 start, and this seems to go well beyond the traditional Super Bowl hangover.

There's plenty of football left, but this team appears to be in a freefall.

Usually, the QB would be a source of steady leadership, but not when said slinger's a petulant manchild.

Newton has absorbed quite the beating this season and is one of the toughest physical players in the league.

Emotional toughness, though? Not so much.
