Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown just learned this lesson in a very public way.
The All-Planet pass catcher and dance enthusiast recently split with his Instagram model girlfriend.
Unfortunately for Brown, she appears to be the vindictive type.

Yep, that's absolutely his phone number.
But no worries.
The lovely Jena Frumes only has close to two million Instagram followers and around 43K on Twitter, so it's not like anyone saw it.
She deleted the tweet later, but the social media carnage was already complete.
Of course, Brown has been forced to change those digits, so calling him now would be futile.
Let's just hope Jena gets her stuff back.
