Saban's Wife: Sweet Home Alabama

It's been a few weeks since we've visited the rumors about the Nick Saban leaving for Texas.

So we decided to bring this public service announcement from his wife, Terri, when asked if she and her husband were leaving Alabama.

Her answer:

"We're staying," she told the Wall Street Journal. "We're not going anywhere."

She shot down any rumors connecting her and her husband to the Longhorns' head coaching position and denied ever being in Austin looking for houses.

But it wasn't all candy and roses from Mrs Terri, as Saban likes to call his wife. She took a shot at Alabama fans for their high expectations, which by the way, her husband brought  with him when he came from the NFL.

"You come to a crossroads and the expectations get so great, people get spoiled by success and there gets to be a lack of appreciation," she said. "We're kind of there now."

She'd better watch it if she thinks the expectations are high now, just wait if Saban wins his third BCS trophy in a row.  

But I've got a feeling that's how her husband likes it.
