Report: McCarron Spent the Night with Blonde Model

For weeks there has been speculation that Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron and model Katherine Webb were engaged.

If they were, they aren't now.

Reports came out yesterday in a London paper and Rader Online that McCarron apparently had a rendez-vous intime with lingerie model Margaret Wood.

Wood supposedly did an interviewing saying she spent the night with the quarterback, which well and truly shook his world, according to sources.

Neither McCarron nor Webb have made a comment about this yet, which is probably smart ... especially on his part, while he tries to explain all of this.

Look, McCarron is a young, handsome and a successful quarterback, so I'm sure this won't be the last time he'll have someone throw themself at him. The real question is, if they break up, will Webb's 15 minutes of fame be over?

She has managed to turn this relationship into stardom. Webb has modeled for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue and appeared on the ABC show Splash.

And that's the business side of the deal. It's why so many partners curb their pride and 'forgive' an indiscretion or two.

Still, one thing is for sure: McCarron probably wishes he was facing LSU's defense rather than having to face his girlfriend.
