Houston Texans coach Bill O'Brien announced they'll be drafting a quarterback, but he didn't say who it would be.
Most speculate it would be Texas A&M chucker Johnny Manziel, but Mr Football says he won't be throwing for any team. What's more, if any team wants to see him throw, they'll have to come to 'Johnny Day.'
Trust me, folks, you can't make this stuff up.
I wonder. Will they pass out swag like Johnny Day T-shirts and have concession stand food like Johnny Dogs? Hell, get Johnnycakes on the menu! Small honey buckets could be Johnnies for a day! 50-yard passes could be Long Johns! Since it is his day.
So technically, he'll throw for teams. He 's just going to do it on his terms and not theirs. That's our boy Johnny.
Maybe he's not throwing for teams any other time because he was too busy doing dunk videos.
Impressive. Maybe the NFL saw him coming and decided to strike first. The Commish can be spiteful like that.
Now, let's see how well he dunks -- I mean throws -- at "Johnny Day."
