Florida Coach Goes Blastic after Georgia Game

Florida head coach Will Muschamp is in trouble.

After another loss to Georgia, the Gators' head coach got into an argument with a fan who was shooting the bird at him.

Yep, he's in trouble.

Another sign Muschamp is in trouble is he's in total denial about how his team played yesterday.

“I’m proud of our players and the effort, their intensity, their fight and their resolve to battle back,” he rationalized. “We dug ourselves too big a hole.”

I'm sure Muschamp thought he was consoling the Florida fans with his comments, but believe me, if he's aruging with them after games, they aren't too happy with him. As a player and a coach, Muschamp is 0-7 against the Dawgs.

In short, Georgia owns him, and he knows it.

“Well, it’s not going to be a long winning streak, I can assure you,” he said. “We feel very comfortable.

“Obviously, last year, when you turn the ball over six times, you’re not going to win many games. We fought through a lot of adversity we created for ourselves in the game. It just didn’t work out … Very disappointed for our football team and the Gator Nation that we didn’t get the job done. Looking forward to the game this year.”

Dude, you're 0-7 against these guys, and it's probably not going to end next year. In fact, you'll be lucky if you're even coaching the Gators next year. Florida fans are like every other SEC fan base, which is impatient.

And nothing angers them more than a coach making excuses after a loss. Especially a rivalry loss.
