Wichita State Coach's Wife Wigs Out During Kentucky Loss

Wichita State came tantalizingly close to pulling off a significant upset in the NCAA tourney this past weekend.

The Shockers fought the good fight, finally losing to Kentucky, 65-62.

While the game served up much drama, there was additional entertainment provided in the stands.

The show in question was performed by the wife of Shockers head coach Gregg Marshall.

Perhaps some context is in order.

Lynn Marshall is emotionally invested in the Wichita State basketball program.

Arguably to an unhealthy degree.

Check this out:

Someone knows how to have a good time.

From all accounts, the lady Marshall was really into the game, reportedly shouting obscenities at the Kentucky bench throughout the game.

Her enthusiasm appears to have gone well beyond conventional standards, as she was warned about her behavior by security on several occasions.

Marshall apparently lingered a bit after the final horn, loudly complaining about the officiating before being taken to her husband's post-game presser.

The NCAA's reaction to the situation wasn't exactly a source of pride for anyone, either.

Drew Franklin of Kentucky Sports Radio was live tweeting about Marshall's antics, but appears to have encountered some rather transparent Gestapo tactics from a cadre of NCAA henchmen.

Let the free flag fly, baby!

Apparently, the NCAA was concerned that the tweets were upsetting Marshall, hence the unfortunate censorship.

Just wow.
