Vols Director of Student Judicial Affairs Fired over Affair with Players

With everything that has been happening in the world of sports lately, this story kind of flew under the radar.

Tennessee point  guard Trae Golden decided to leave the program, which is really not that usual because players leave programs early all the time.

But then this report came out Tuesday: Jenny Wright, who is the Director of Judicial Affairs, has been fired by the University of Tennessee for reportedly having relations with student athletes.

But here is the real shocker: one of those players may have been Trae Golden. He was said to have left the program because of reports of academic fraud on his part.

Golden was one of the best point guards in the SEC last year , so his transferring to another program and not going to the NBA came as a shock to everyone, but we now may know why.

He might not have had a choice in the matter if these reports are true

Wright's part in this is yet to be known, although apparently UT tried to give her the option to resign. When she refused to cooperate with their investigation, she was fired.

UT better hope that all that was going on was just a little hanky panky, because if there is more to it then that, this program could be in a world of hurt.
