Lonzo Ball Is Making UCLA Relevant Again

The UCLA Bruins are currently 12-0 and ranked No 2 in all the land.

How is this possible?

Well, it can be explained through the mere existence of one Lonzo Ball.

The bionic freshman is making it look 'way too easy, running the point for the Bruins while taking care of some high quality opponents, including big bad Kentucky in Lexington.

Ball scored 14 points in that one, along with six boards and seven dimes.

Well done, sir.

Dude's not the most conventional point guard out there, but he is crazy good.

What he also does is make everyone around him better, which really should be the defining characteristic for a point guard.

Head coach Steve Alford had his kid Bryce running the show last season, an approach that ultimately produced a 15-17 record.

Things are going much better now.

The Bruins are setting a frenetic pace with Ball at the controls, and Alford has correctly given the kid carte blanche.

The results speak for themselves.

The NBA will come calling soon, as Ball is already being projected as a high lottery pick.

Let's just enjoy the fun while it lasts, shall we?
