Glen Davis and Austin Rivers Are Having Some Issues

Well, this just seems petty.

Glen Davis and Austin Rivers, who once played together for the Los Angeles Clippers, are in the midst of a nasty little back-&-forth being waged on various media.

The source of this animosity seems trivial and unimportant, but that certainly hasn't deterred our two combatants.

Apparently, Big Baby had made remarks regarding the skewed perception of Rivers in the Clippers locker room because he was the son of head coach Doc Rivers.

In addition, Davis isn't the biggest Doc fan to begin with.

Little Doc clearly didn't agree with those remarks, and elaborated further on the work ethic of Davis.

Damn!

It's hard not to feel somewhat sympathetic to both players for having to endure Skip Bayless in any capacity, but that's not the issue.

Rivers didn't need to be prodded too much for those truth nuggets about Davis, much to the delight of the vultures at FS1.

Meanwhile, Big Baby eventually got wind of the comments, interrupting his leisure time in Hawaii for an animated retort.

These two dudes are definitely not on the same page.

Baby seemed amused at the beginning of the rant, but was pretty fired up towards the end.

As usual, there's truth and fiction on both sides here, but it's entertaining nonetheless.

If two decidedly mediocre NBA players can provide this much joy, imagine how much fun the Finals could be.
